We are looking to welcome an experienced Assistant Events Manager to our team. With the guest at the heart of everything we do, you will have a passion for delivering extraordinary events and supporting the Events Manager in creating seamless, memorable experiences from enquiry to execution.

You will be experienced in coordinating and delivering high-end events within a luxury lifestyle venue, ensuring consistent, efficient service at an impeccable standard while exceeding client expectations.

The ideal Assistant Events Manager will have:

* Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role within a luxury lifestyle venue
* Strong understanding of event planning processes from enquiry to post-event follow-up
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Immaculate presentation and a naturally guest-focused approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative skills and experience with event management systems
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
* A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
* High level of both spoken and written English
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* An excellent team player with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
