To join our team at Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Clothing & Home section, you will champion stylish products, on-trend designs, and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are excited to dress the nation and be a brand ambassador who helps customers feel valued.
Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked with product.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
* Work across various areas of the store as needed, adapting to changing demands.

Requirements & Preferences
Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial. Flexibility to work across store areas and to support up to full-time hours during peak weeks may be required.
