£41,540.34 – £45,798.23 per annum (depending on experience).
About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Injection Moulding Toolmaker to join our day shift team based in Blackburn, Lancashire. This role is ideal for a versatile professional with hands-on experience in manual centre lathes, milling machines, surface grinding, and universal grinding.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of Toolroom work, including working on hot runners and performing fault diagnostics on the shop floor.
Operate with minimal supervision and maintain productivity during downtime.
Support breakdowns and complete other assigned tasks independently.
Participate in overtime work, including weekends, as required.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
What We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy individuals.
Recognised apprenticeship and trade qualifications preferred (full training provided).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Training:
Initial training period of 3 months on day shifts
