About Our Client

Job Description
3. Writing and updating finished product and packaging specifications in customer and internal systems
4. Coordinating artwork reviews and ensuring pack copy compliance with UK food labelling legislation
5. Liaising with NPD, Raw Material Technologists, Packaging teams and suppliers to gather accurate product data
6. Managing specification trackers and ensuring deadlines for customer submissions are met
7. Reviewing ingredient, allergen and nutrition data and assessing the impact of any changes
8. Supporting retailer technical requirements and customer queries
9. Maintaining strong attention to detail and data accuracy at all times
12 Month FTC- Monday-Friday-8AM-5PM
The Successful Applicant
10. Previous experience in a food manufacturing technical or specification role is essential
11. Experience with retailer specification systems and artwork approval processes would be highly advantageous
12. Good understanding of food labelling legislation, allergens and nutrition data
13. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
14. Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers
15. Good IT skills and experience working with specification or data management systems
