A well established professional service company, with multiple offices are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join their Senior Management Team.
This is a highly commercially driven business offering commercial advice to a wide range of businesses and as Finance Manager and therefore you will have a confident communication style.
The Finance Manager role is an integral part of the organisation and will ensure complete running and oversight of the finance department, they will provide timely and accurate updates and guidance to the firms partners on financial matters.
Duties will include :
* Producing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports with insight, KPIs and variance analysis against budget and forecast
* Leading the creation of the annual budget and periodic cost benefit modelling exercises
* Managing the day-to-day operation of the finance department
* Advising on financial governance matters and assist the senior leadership team to carry out appropriate checks as required
* Forecasting cash receipts and reporting actual cash performance to identify trends
* Leading the credit control function and give regular updates on firm cash position
* Utilising experience of process improvement to make processes more efficient and automated, making use of company case management system and financial system.
The successful Finance Manager will ideally be ACCA / CIMA Qualified although Qualified by Experience candidates will be considered. Experience in managing reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes will be required along with excellent presentation skills.
