* JOB TITLE: Order & Delivery Advisor
* SALARY: £30,609
* LOCATION(S): Watford
* HOURS: Full-time
* WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least three days per week, or 60% of our time, at our Watford office. During training, new starters are required to be in the office 5 days a week until fully trained.
About This Opportunity
The successful candidate will work within the Order and Delivery Team, assisting in all areas of the department, providing excellent customer service, and managing driver expectations regarding car deliveries by liaising with dealers. The team is highly visible, with key metrics, requiring dedication and strong performance to meet and exceed delivery targets. The role involves supporting drivers through knowledge, education, and passion, always prioritizing the driver experience.

What You’ll Need
* Responsibility for all inbound and outbound interactions, empathizing with drivers and owning interactions to completion, proactively chasing responses.
* Responding professionally and clearly, providing complete information, and seeking improvements.
* Full accountability for work and service, striving to exceed KPIs and SLAs.
* Ability to deliver difficult messages, using opportunities to educate.
* Making calls instead of emails when possible, understanding driver needs.
* Managing internal and external systems, maintaining accurate information.
* Flexibility to handle bespoke tasks and support team training.
* Coordinating team responses to provide holistic solutions, resolving complaints and difficult inquiries promptly, and empowering in first contact resolution (FCR).
