Job Description
Rate of Pay / Hours: £15.10 per hour including tronc / 40 hours per week
Contract: Full time / Permanent

Responsibilities:
* Face the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service.
* Control guest flow and communicate with the Kitchen and management team.
* Maintain high standards of service and contribute to a positive dining experience.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Operational Details:
* Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
* Work a range of shifts and days with great flexibility.
* Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
Training:
