I am initiating a confidential search for a UK-based CTO to lead technology, data, and platforms across a private-equity backed international facilities management business.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring operational stability today while shaping the technology, data and AI capabilities that will support the next phase of growth.
The organisation operates across multiple international markets and is building on a modern ecosystem of platforms and cloud services to ensure flexibility, scalability, and the ability to adopt new technologies at pace.
Key priorities in the role include:
* Ensuring a stable, resilient and secure technology environment with strong uptime, governance and vendor management
* Driving disciplined technology investment with a clear focus on commercial value and operational efficiency
* Defining and communicating a clear technology roadmap covering data, analytics, dashboards and AI-enabled productivity
* Leading the evolution of infrastructure and platforms to support international growth
* Embedding strong delivery discipline and transparent progress tracking across technology initiatives
* Strengthening data capability, including enrichment, analytics and performance dashboards across multiple markets
* Partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure technology supports the operating model and growth strategy
* Providing clear board-level communication on progress, risks and outcomes
I am particularly interested in speaking with technology leaders who:
* Are UK-based and experienced operating within international or multi-country organisations
* Have a background in facilities management, field services, professional services or other operationally intensive sectors
* Have successfully stabilised legacy estates while selectively modernising platforms and infrastructure
* Bring strong data literacy and experience developing analytics, dashboards and AI-enabled decision support
* Are commercially minded operators comfortable working in private equity backed environmentsHave delivered high-velocity outcomes with lean teams and disciplined budgets
