I’m supporting a valued client in Haywards Heath who is looking to appoint a dependable and detail‑focused Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic part‑time opportunity for someone who enjoys varied general admin work and is confident with scanning, filing, and day‑to‑day office coordination.
Role Details
* 23 hours per week
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
* 9:00am – 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities
* General administrative support across the office
* Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and paper records
* Handling incoming documentation and ensuring efficient workflow
* Providing ad‑hoc support to the wider team as needed
What We’re Looking For
* Previous administrative experience is highly beneficial
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Confident using basic IT systems
* Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)
* Must be a driver due to the location
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
