Job Title: Program Setter Operator Location: Denham Salary: £42,692 - £45,279.50 (including 29.37% Shift Premium) About The Role: We are seeking a Program Setter Operator to join our Machine Shop Department. This role involves working a shift pattern of 06:00 to 14:00 and 13:45 to 22:00. You will be responsible for the following: Setting and Operating Machines: Operate both manual and CNC machines to manufacture components according to technical specifications and quality standards. Quality Inspection: Inspect components produced within the cell using conventional measuring techniques to ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards. Basic Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on machines and tools in accordance with the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program and machine manuals. Deburring: Complete the deburring of components to the required standard within the machine cycle. This position plays an essential part in delivering world-leading engineering solutions that make a real difference.
