The Imperial Crown Hotel is looking for a General Manager to take the reins of our newly refurbished hotel in the centre of Halifax. We are looking for a dynamic candidate that is fully committed to taking the hotel forward.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry and be fully hands on when required.
You will be supported in this role by group senior managers and will work closely with them on forecast and budgets.
There is also the possibility of live-in accommodation if required.

Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food safety and service.
* Oversee daily operations of the room division and work closely with the Group Revenue Manager to increase accommodation revenue.
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting leadership skills.
* Coordinate food preparation and culinary activities to maintain quality and efficiency.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to hospitality standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the establishment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
