X4 Technology are partnered with a leading global energy major offering the opportunity for a Contract Project Manager to deliver a key technology transformation focused on B2B Gas Trading and Energy Portfolio Management across Europe.
This role requires a detail-oriented Project Manager with strong domain expertise in energy trading (B2B preferred), capable of leading delivery across complex data landscapes, system integrations and vendor-led environments.
The successful Project Manager will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams with responsibility for planning, governance, execution and ensuring delivery outcomes.
You'll play a key role in driving delivery across complex data and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution within a fast-paced trading environment.
Requirements for the Contract Project Manager (Commodities):
* Strong PM experience within commodities (B2B preferred)
* Track record delivering complex data and integration programmes
* Experience managing vendor-led delivery models and third-party providers
* Strong understanding of trading & supply processes within energy markets
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
This is a 6 month initial contract with long-term programme scope, offering a day rate of £700–800/d inside IR35.
