Our Role
Due to our company’s continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a Pre-Sales Technical Manager to join our Team as we go through our exciting trajectory. This role is a pivotal part of our growth team, dedicated to supporting the sales team with technical pre-sales expertise. As a Pre-Sales Technical Manager, you will be responsible for technical architecture proposals, solution demonstrations, and offering innovative solutions to address customer challenges.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IoT and communications technologies relevant to space applications, including satellite communication systems, sensor networks, data transmission, and related technologies, all of which are instrumental in this role.
Key Aspects of our Role
* Assist customers in achieving success by leading the technical and product sales process, recommending best-practice solutions, and guiding them toward the most suitable solution for their business needs.
* Take ownership of the technical sales process, from qualification to technical success, by conducting thorough discovery and demonstrating how Krucial solutions can effectively address challenges.
* Proactively identify and solve problems, both for customers and within the organization as we continue to grow.
* Create engaging customer demonstrations and build strong customer relationships while collaborating with pre-sales customers to conduct discovery and gather requirements based on their IoT/mobility environment, technical, and operational needs.
* Work with Projects team to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) to define the scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for Krucial and the customer.
* Maintain a high level of expertise in IoT and hybrid communication technologies and stay current with industry trends. Actively contribute to Krucial's core knowledge on products across the wider team.
* Collaborate closely with multiple teams, including Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Engineering, to optimize solutions and enhance customer value.
Our Required Skills
* Min 3-5 years of pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products.
* Comfortable working with technologies across the whole technology stack: ranging from electronic and mechanical hardware, embedded software, and cloud software
* Ability to develop a deep understanding of a customer's needs and guide them toward a technical solution.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to gain audience confidence.
* Previous technical sales experience in building s olutions with software, embedded, cloud or both; or across telecommunication technologies.
