The Role
We currently have a vacancy for a new Paid Media Manager to join our incredible Paid Media Team who are responsible for devising innovative paid media strategies and campaigns across social, search, and programmatic platforms. The Paid Media Manager would both oversee the day to day management of key accounts and be hands on in supporting the junior members of the team with activation and reporting.
We work with an exciting and broad roster of clients across music, entertainment, film, travel, brand and not-for-profit. The Paid Media Manager would have the opportunity to work across a range of industries however the current focus will be with our music and entertainment clients.
This is a hybrid role, with some requirement to be in the office at our East London HQ, in Shoreditch.
We are looking for…
* Someone with 3+ year’s experience working within Meta Business Suite and knowledge of the full capabilities of the platform (events manager, ads reporting etc), as well as other paid platforms, including Google, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat or Pinterest
* Prior experience with Programmatic Display and / or DOOH would be a bonus but not essential
* Hands-on experience devising full-funnel paid media strategies with both large and small budgets, across multiple platforms and extended time frames
* Experience and confidence working across both performance and brand clients
* A proactive approach to campaign management and optimisation, with the ability to manage the workflow across the team, ensuring all deadlines and KPIs are met or exceeded
* An ability to think creatively about client / campaign challenges and work with the team to come up with innovative approaches
* A track record of implementing A/B tests and testing frameworks to gain insight and drive performance
* An in-depth understanding of pixel and UTM tracking implementation across platforms, and how to analyse conversion and Google Analytics data
* The ability to be highly organised, working in a fast-paced environment and bring strong time management and project management skills to the team
* Proficient/advanced knowledge of office tools, such as excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc) for reporting & media plans, and power-point/keynote for client presentations
* Ability to multitask and work well within a department which requires accuracy and attention to detail but also the ability to react quickly and flexibly to client requests
* Display confidence at working both autonomously and also as part of a tight-knit team
* Great relationship building skills both internally and externally
* An ability to problem solve whilst staying cool under pressure
