The Role of Clinical Lead:
1. Lead and inspire the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of individualised care.
2. Deputise for the management team and work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
3. Support, mentor, and motivate your team members to deliver outstanding care.
4. Demonstrate strong knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance, ensuring best practice at all times.

Skills & Experience Required for the Clinical Lead:
11. NMC Registered Nurse
12. Sound knowledge of clinical assessment tools (e.g. Waterlow, MUST)
13. Experience writing and reviewing comprehensive care plans
14. Previous clinical leadership experience with the ability to manage and support others
