In this position, you will assist the pharmacy staff in providing our community with high-quality pharmaceutical services. Medication Dispensing
Under the guidance of a qualified chemist, assist with the precise preparation, marking, and dispensing of prescriptions.
Stock Management
Verify deliveries, ensure correct storage, and maintain up-to-date inventory records to control stock levels.
Compliance
Strictly abide by all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety, confidentiality standards, and best pharmacy practices.
Administrative Support
Process transactions, maintain accurate records, and support administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and phone enquiries.
Quality Assurance
Ensure every dispensing area meets the pharmacy’s standards and remains tidy and well‑organised.
Key Competencies and Qualifications
Experience
A dispensing qualification is preferable; if not, comprehensive training will be provided.

Excellent precision while managing drug labels, paperwork, and prescriptions.
