up to 72K + 30% Bonus + 7.35K Car + 10% Pension
The role
Managing two Healthcare/hospital PFI contracts in Oxford and Daventry.
You
We seek candidates with a background in FM or similar, with excellent project and organizational skills, and experience working on PFI Projects.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient conduct of the SPC.
2. Ensure the implementation of the SPC H&S monitoring regime.
3. Assist with the preparation of statutory reports, returns, statistics, and accounts in accordance with applicable law and operations management contracts.
4. Monitor quality assurance aspects of services provided by each operating company and third-party service providers to minimize performance and availability deductions, including Project Compliance review monitoring.
5. Implement programs and administer agreements to maximize shareholders’ returns and commercial income opportunities.
6. Assist in delivering the budget for the PFI Operations business.
