Responsibilities: We will rely on you to provide strategic and operational leadership for our technology and digital services. You will set and deliver our IT strategy and multi-year roadmap. You will lead, develop and support our IT team. You will establish governance and standards across IT. You will identify, assess and mitigate risk. You will oversee third-party partners. You will drive continuous improvement and change. You will take ownership of infrastructure, information security, ERP, eCommerce and web. You will contribute to our ongoing data strategy. You will manage the IT budget and deliver projects. You will play a key role on our digital transformation board. You will support major projects including a new website and full eCommerce overhaul, NetSuite optimisation, disaster recovery and cyber security, tech debt consolidation, and automation initiatives. This is our first Head of IT role, created to help define, deliver and steer our digital strategy as we continue to move forward. The role is based in Colchester with travel to Bedford twice a month.
