Overview
Central Employment Commercial division are working with an established family-run Manufacturing specialist, with a true global customer and supply chain footprint. They have a new role for a Customer Support & Marketing Associate, working alongside the Sales & Marketing Director.

FT onsite x 5 days, up to £28,000 DOE

Responsibilities
As a Customer Support & Marketing Associate, you will be assisting with a number of key customers to ensure the accounts run smoothly and to the high levels of customer service required, run email marketing campaigns, create product visuals (Canva software) and oversee eCommerce stock levels for two related eCommerce websites.
* Providing support to a number of key export customers
* Building relationships with the customer to be the main contact for organising orders and ensuring a smooth experience
* Liaising with carriers to provide delivery information to customers
* Checking and quality checking specific orders
* Oversee Email Marketing campaigns and calendars via Mailchimp
* Support the Sales & Marketing Director on eCommerce website sales and stock levels
Qualifications
Candidates should have the following background & experience:
* Sales order processing
* Experience or willingness to learn Email Marketing campaigns (Mailchimp platform)
* eCommerce sales and stock order level understanding
* Strong organisational skills
* Fantastic telephone manner
* Ability to easily build relationships, both internal and external
* Experience or willingness to learn Canva design software
Background
Candidates will ideally be from a logistics or manufacturing background, however candidates applications from other sectors will also be considered.
