Job Description Childcare Deputy Manager & Administrator | Up to £29,000 | 38 Hours per Week Our client is looking for a passionate and organised Childcare Deputy Manager to join their friendly team in a dynamic split role, combining hands-on childcare leadership with key administrative responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital part in the day-to-day running of both the term-time club and holiday club, while also managing essential office duties. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys working with children, and has strong leadership and admin skills. As Deputy Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Childcare Manager to deliver high-quality early years provision and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. The role offers a fulfilling mix of practical childcare duties and administrative tasks such as rotas, communications, and compliance.
