Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload within property disputes, including landlord-tenant issues, development disputes, and land rights
* Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration panels
* Provide strategic advice on risk mitigation and property-related regulations
* Collaborate with team members and support junior colleagues
* Engage with clients to understand their sectors and legal needs
* Proven experience within a recognised Property Litigation team
* Strong drafting and legal technical skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
* Experience in tribunal litigation under the electronic communications code
* Client-facing experience and a collaborative team player
* Evidence of supervising junior team members is advantageous
* Familiarity with tree lopping claims and the 1954 Act renewal process
* Enthusiasm for building client relationships and understanding their sectors
Technologies:
* Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
