Business Change Manager - Contract
Location: London | 12-Month Initial Term
We're hiring multiple Business Change Managers to support a major government programme focused on hybrid cloud migration and adoption. These roles are central to driving organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and operational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead change planning, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
2. Design and deliver interventions including training, sponsorship plans, and comms campaigns.
3. Analyse business impacts and readiness across technical and non-technical teams.
4. Support operating model changes and benefit realisation.
5. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible messaging.
What You'll Bring:
6. 5+ years' experience in business change roles, ideally using Prosci ADKAR or similar.
7. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
8. Experience in change planning, training development, and benefit analysis.
9. APMG Change Management certification or equivalent (desirable).
10. Familiarity with cloud technologies and project lifecycle tools.
