I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading consumer goods business who are looking for a talented Brand Manager to join their high-performing marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).

As Brand Manager you will...
* Be responsible for developing and delivering brand strategies and marketing plans that drive growth, strengthen market share, and build deeper connections with consumers.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns and bring new products to market.
* Manage a smal team of ABMs & report directly into the Marketing Director.
* Use consumer insights, market trends and competitor analysis to shape strategy
* Manage agency partners (creative, media, PR) to deliver impactful brand activity
* Oversee budgets, reporting on ROI and key brand performance metrics
* Collaborate with Sales, Innovation and Supply Chain to ensure launch success
What They're Looking For
* Solid brand or product management experience within FMCG/consumer goods
* Strong understanding of brand strategy and campaign delivery
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
* Ideally people management experience
