The role
The Federation of Hanbury's Farm and Oakhill Primary Schools and Early Years provision currently educates approximately 350 children age 2 to 11, across 2 small schools. Both schools are one form entry primary schools with a short distance between them. The Governors and Executive Headteacher of the Federation are seeking to appoint an exceptional, enthusiastic and inspirational Early Career Teacher to join the team within the Federation of Hanbury's Farm and Oakhill Primary Schools. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual at the beginning of their teaching career to develop within a highly supportive, innovative and inclusive school environment. As an Early Career Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences whilst developing your own professional practice through expert coaching, mentoring and Continued Professional Learning. The position will be a 32.5 hour contract Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm Fixed term contract initially for 1 year. To be reviewed.
