Electrical Supervisor
Location: Central London
Salary: £54,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
A leading facilities management company is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a static site in Central London. This is a client-facing role in a high-end commercial environment, ideal for someone with strong technical skills and experience managing small engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising a team of engineers delivering PPM and reactive maintenance
* Managing daily task allocation and ensuring works are completed on time
* Liaising with the client and attending site meetings
* Issuing permits to work and reviewing RAMS
* Maintaining up-to-date logbooks and compliance records
* Assisting with hands-on fault-finding and electrical repairs when required
* Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring site standards are met
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* 18th Edition (BS7671)
* 2391 Inspection & Testing (preferred but not essential)
* Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within building services
* Solid knowledge of commercial systems – lighting, small power, BMS, emergency lighting, etc.
