We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Shelton Care Limited.

The Senior Support Worker Role
As a Senior Support Worker, your role will be to assist in senior management to assess people’s support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.
The Ideal Candidate
* Supporting adults with learning disabilities.
* Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
* Able to motivate and manage a team.
* Full UK Driving Licence
