I’m looking for a Senior Engineer on projects in Somerset, one of these is the largest project of its kind in the UK. Candidates will need a background in Groundworks/civil engineering/reinforced concrete and ideally within Data Centre/technology/infrastructure projects, although this isn't essential. There are immediate starts available on these and all opportunities are open for negotiation. The guide for daily rates is between £(Apply online only). Lodge will be covered for candidates working away from home and this is a long-term ongoing contract and there will be at least 12 months on this project. Applicants could have either a Civil Engineering degree or trades background. The key is relevant experience and a strong technical know-how. I am looking to engage with candidates currently working with a groundworks/rc subcontractor- this is a great opportunity to step up on a really interesting project. You will split your day between site and office and will need to be well-presented, articulate and have the ability to build positive working relationships. The role will be fairly systems led, particularly due to the type of project/environment- you will need to be very well organised and be able to keep everything running smoothly.
