Summer team deep cleaning supervision from 11th July to 12th Sept 2025. Shifts: Monday to Friday, 4 hours
* Supervise and manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support where needed
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are regularly and thoroughly cleaned
* Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues and address them promptly
* Ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are followed by the team
* Train new cleaners and provide ongoing training to existing staff to improve their skills and productivity
* Maintain a positive and professional relationship with our clients, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner
* Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
* Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules, performance reports, and any incidents that may occur on site
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
