We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Reliability Manager to lead the maintenance operations at our clients manufacturing facility. This is a focal role responsible for ensuring the equipment and systems run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. You’ll oversee a skilled team of technicians, drive continuous improvement, and help shape the future of asset care in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
Drive a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
Manage small projects and support cross-functional collaboration.
Deliver and evolve the predictive and preventive maintenance strategy.
Use data-driven insights to reduce failures and increase equipment reliability.
Oversee the CMMS for work orders, inventory, and accurate reporting.
Ensure maintenance schedules align with production planning.
Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Manage contractor safety and performance on-site.
Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
