Responsibilities
* Scrum Master role driving agile delivery processes across two teams
* Support our Internal Business Systems Technical Services Train
* A role focused at constant improvement, performance, co-ordination and planning
* Typical duties include: Sets up and facilitates the ceremonies for the team (Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Demo and Retrospectives); continuously evaluates the effectiveness of the team’s delivery process; removes impediments quickly; supports horizon planning and manages delivery objectives and sprint goals
* Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to secure project commitments and resources; speak to stakeholders and foster support from Development Teams
Qualifications
* Experience as a Scrum Master or Change professional with strong grasp of Agile principles
* Proven ability to incorporate and improve Agile ways of working
* Experience working with teams delivering infrastructure level changes
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Agile and Scrum Certifications; comfortable blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies and using Kanban
* Ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing priorities
* Energises the team and maintains momentum
