You will manage a varied caseload, advising clients locally and nationally on wills, estate planning, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed :
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE)
* Experience in drafting wills and estate planning
* Probate administration experience
* Knowledge of Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
* Proactive and collaborative approach
