US Law Support are pleased to be recruiting for a new HR Advisor, to work in the London office of a leading global law firm on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will support the HR Manager in the provision of operational support to key client groups. Typical responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the operational HR cycle for relevant groups including support for local contacts in allocated EMEA offices.
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and holding regular meetings with Partners to understand their HR needs.
* Conducting exit interviews (where required) and new joiner meetings.
* Supporting with ER cases.
* Managing family leave processes and flexible working requests in line with policy and business needs
* Supporting the HR Manager on Performance review / salary review process.
* Providing informal, on-the-spot coaching to line managers on people management related matters.
* Delegating tasks appropriately to HR administration team.
* Supporting on HR department projects and other initiatives.
Suitable applicants will have prior HR Advisor experience gained from within a legal or professional services environment. We are seeking candidates with strong employment knowledge, excellent advisory skills, a proactive approach and demonstrable working knowledge of the full employee lifecycle. Prior use of HR systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities are crucial and a CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
A competitive salary of circa £50,000 is on offer, and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements are in place.
