As a Precision Metal Coatings/Finishing Operator, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier quality coatings for our customers. This is your opportunity to:

* Learn and develop new technical skills, both practical and process-oriented; including process calculations, record keeping and reading engineering drawings.

After 6 months, you will be capable of:
* Unpacking and inspecting parts for finish and damage (incoming).
* Reading and follow process instructions from a route card (and drawings) to defined standards/specifications.
* Producing high-quality work in a timely manner, with a clear understanding of the process and your role as part of a team.
* Inspecting finished parts and pack for delivery.
* Maintain accurate records throughout the process.
This role involves physical tasks, including moderate lifting and carrying and working in a production environment. Previous experience in an engineering, production or factory setting would be an advantage.

Pay: Good rates - dependent on experience / aptitude
Expected hours: 39 per week
Schedule:
* Monday – Thursday: 7am to 5pm
* One Friday in four: 8am to 12pm
