HGV Class 1 Driver - AD HOC

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers for ad hoc work with a large national Client based in Tamworth, Staffordshire.This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Shifts are available on days and nights on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Perfect for drivers who need additional hours, semi retired or working part time.

Shifts:

* Friday Saturday or Sunday
* Start times between: 8am - 2pm or 8pm - 11pm
* Shift ranges from 8-11 hours on average
* Very flexible work

Rates of pay:

* Monday - Friday: £19.20 per hour
* Saturday - Sunday: £20.35 per hour
* Rates are PAYE with holiday accrued separately

Day to Day Duties

Your duties as a HGV Class 1 Driver will be:

* Class 1 Trunking Depot to Depot - occasionally delivering to supermarkets.
* Occasional collection from suppliers when needed
* Driving/operating refrigerated trailers
* No handball involved
* Daily vehicle checks
