This field-based role focuses on supporting farmers with innovative crop nutrition solutions while driving sales of a market-leading product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Crop Nutrition Services, you’ll combine agronomic knowledge with sales expertise to deliver sustainable, profitable farming outcomes. Key Responsibilities : - Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers across Hampshire, Sussex, Wiltshire, and Kent. - Provide technical agronomic advice tailored to customer needs. - Drive sales growth across fertilizers and crop nutrition products. - Promote sustainable farming practices through innovative solutions. - Report on activity, performance, and market trends to management.
