As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement to lead our procurement function and drive value, efficiency, and innovation across all purchasing activities. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve the companys procurement strategy, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to ensure effective delivery of all purchasing operations. Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, and services to meet project and operational requirements. Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements to achieve cost efficiencies and maintain quality standards. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage performance through regular review and collaboration. Ensure on-time delivery of materials and services through proactive supplier and logistics management. Maintain robust procurement records and reporting using the companys ERP and document management systems. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including Project Management, Operations, and Finance to ensure procurement supports project success and budgetary goals. Drive sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain. Manage the development and maintenance of the companys Preferred Supplier List, ensuring a balance between reliability, competitiveness, and innovation. The Ideal Candidate Minimum 5 years experience in a senior procurement or supply chain management role with global sourcing experience, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or related industries. Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and delivering measurable cost savings. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and experienced with procurement or ERP systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. A degree or professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline (CIPS qualification desirable). Why Join Us?
