Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 8:30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 1pm on Saturdays (shift based)

We're searching for some seriously amazing individuals who have a knack for helping others, through a friendly phone call, webchat, or a well-crafted email. A 5% bonus following completion of your initial Customer Service training (typically after 3 months) followed by a further 5% achievement bonus after 9 months in the job.
