About The Team
The role involves managing a portfolio of distributor accounts, aiming to grow sales and profit by leveraging product categories and strengthening relationships with distribution partners and their customers.
Responsibilities
* Achieve year-on-year growth aligned with budgets
* Develop journey plans to maximize end-user engagement
* Manage distributor accounts with deep market understanding
* Coordinate marketing programs with clear ROI KPIs, including exhibitions and trade shows
Experience Needed
* Understanding of sales budgets, profit margins, and influencing tactics
* Proven ability to build long-term relationships
* Track record of achieving sales targets
