Content Creator
You MUST have a technical background in engineering, science, or manufacturing and a flair for turning complex ideas into content that connects? We’re looking for someone to shape and protect the voice — not just write, but influence. Please note you must also be within 1 hour of Oxford as well as have over 2 years UK content experience to offer.
The role
This is more than producing blogs and social posts. You’ll be:
* An insights partner, researching markets, competitors, and customers to shape the messages that matter
* A creator writing articles, scripts, presentations, and posts that translate complex detail into engaging, human content. You’ll explore different formats and use AI where helpful, but always protect and project an authoritative human voice
* An analyst using data, feedback, and customer insight to measure impact and adapt our approach
What you’ll need
* Technical grounding in engineering, science, or manufacturing
* Proven ability to write for B2B audiences in industrial/tech sectors
* Talent for simplifying complex information without losing accuracy
* Strong writing, editing, and organisational skills
* Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams, and managing external partners
* Awareness of SEO and AEO principles
You’ll bring
