Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our café, where you'll promote our food and drink offerings, offers, and services. We're seeking passionate individuals who are knowledgeable about current food and drink trends and eager to share this with customers.
You will be a brand ambassador, recommending and promoting our café menu. Through excellent service, you'll ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
· Being digitally confident is essential. You will use digital tools, such as digital menus and in-store devices, to enhance customer experience and meet their needs.
· Efficiency and high standards in food safety and hygiene are key. Be prepared to work hard and go above and beyond daily.
· Teamwork is crucial. You will help create a welcoming café environment, supporting colleagues and respecting customers.
· Flexibility is vital. You should be able to work across various store areas, adapting to changing demands seamlessly.
