About the Role:As a Senior Planner, you will work on a wide range of exciting projects, including those for landowners, developers, promoters, and the public sector. Your main responsibilities will include completing planning applications, with a particular focus on Local Plan Promotions. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver planning applications across a variety of sectors
* Focus on Local Plan Promotions and related strategic planning work
* Work alongside landowners, developers, promoters, and the public sector
* Provide expert advice on planning policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
* MRTPI qualified or eligible for membership
* Strong experience in planning and policy development
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
