JOB PURPOSE
An opportunity to join the Designer Parfums team to gain a broad range of marketing experience and support with a mix of Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Admin.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day communications with Key retailer partners, buying and marketing teams.
• Bring creative & disruptive ideas on how to engage customers & consumers.
• Audit retailer websites for brand content and copy and provide updates where needed
• Assist with creating training packs for staff for new launches
• Support in the creation of visual merchandising briefs for POS materials.
• Support the POSM development process from a project management perspective, liaising with relevant agencies and stakeholders
• Brief & manage artworks with the internal creative team
• Assist with Store visits to retailers to take pictures of point of sales materials and report back findings to Sales & Marketing teams
• Research options for materials to support the sales & marketing team for influencer & retailer gifting – EG sourcing elements, branded boxes, etc.
• Organise Marketing folders, uploading and renaming imagery
• Raise purchase orders on SAP, Saving & filing purchase order approvals
• Organise postal send-outs using the internal post system for retailer and influencer send-outs
• Complete product set up of new line forms for new product or supplier set up
• Support the Marketing team with ad hoc requests

• Experience working in a store on the shop floor (not necessary but certainly helpful)
