JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Solicitor
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: GBP Dependent on experience
The Role
* Undertake a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters.
* Take client instructions, issue and act in proceedings, and supervise fee earners within the team (dependent on experience).
* Prepare Court of Protection applications and manage the day-to-day financial affairs of clients, including visiting clients in their home and care settings.
The Candidate
* At least 2 years' experience in managing your own caseload of Court of Protection matters.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a caring and understanding approach.
* Ability to work independently with a full and varied caseload, supported by a strong internal team, clear career progression pathways, and a positive team culture.
