Service Delivery Manager - Lancashire - Hybrid/ Remote
As our Service Delivery Manager, you will have total oversight of our service lifecycle-from the initial client handshake to the final technical resolution and everything in between.
What you will oversee
* End-to-End Operations: Managing the bridge between our field engineering, technical support, and the end client.
* Strategic Account Mastery: You aren't just hitting SLAs; you are sitting with clients to align our technical roadmap with their business growth.
* Financial & Commercial Stewardship: Full P&L awareness. You'll manage budgets, service costs, and identify where we can lean up or scale up.
* Team Leadership & Culture: You will direct cross-functional teams, ensuring that the 'silo' mentality is destroyed in favor of unified service excellence.
* Continuous Evolution: You have the mandate to rip up old processes and build new, automated, and scalable workflows.
