Job Title: General Operative
Location: Perth
Remuneration: £12.80 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary (with potential permanent opportunity)

Monday - Friday - Day shifts (with early finish on Fridays)
Overtime also available at time and a half.
There are also opportunities to progress into different areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
As a General Operative, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing team, supporting a clean and efficient workspace. Your key responsibilities include:
Painting & Facility Upkeep: - Painting floors, line markings, and touch-ups.
- Light painting tasks on walls and railings.
- Preparing surfaces for painting (sweeping, cleaning, basic sanding).
- Previous painting experience is a plus, but training will be provided!
General Housekeeping: - Keeping the shop floor immaculate.
- Operating floor-cleaning machinery (training provided).
- Regularly emptying bins and managing waste disposal.
- Maintaining tidy walkways and communal spaces.
Basic Maintenance & Odd Jobs: - Assisting with minor repairs and upkeep.
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
- Promptly reporting maintenance issues.
- Using hand tools as needed (e.g., screwdrivers, brushes).
What We're Looking For:
Physical Fitness: This role is active and involves manual tasks.
Experience: Previous experience in painting, maintenance, or similar roles is desired but not essential.
Attitude: A proactive, can-do mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Reliability: Someone who takes pride in delivering quality work consistently.
