Group Workshop Support Grantham c£40kpa DOE Full Time 8am – 5pm Permanent Our long-established client, one of the largest dealers in their field the UK are looking for methodical, well organised, trouble shooter to join them as Group Workshop Support. This is a hands-on role supporting the companies four UK based Service Managers. Group Workshop Support: * Assist in the recruitment of staff for the Workshops including warranty, service, and aftersales departments. * You will be the main point of contact and support for the companies four Uk based Service Managers * Monthly visits to Workshops to audit and re-prioritise administration procedures including ledgers, invoice and job cards and assisting in clearing any queries or backlogs * Support with controlling the four Workshops accounts procedures and run collective finance reports * Help prepare Workshop budgets, forecasting and year end procedures. * Oversee Workshop tenders and create preferred supplier lists for the group to ensure a uniformed purchasing plan. * Support decisions with warranty’s, instalment agreements, hire and lease plans that fall outside of the group matrix.
