Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance + Phone + Bonus

Role Summary:
This is a pure New Business Executive position focused on building a commercial client portfolio from scratch. Starting with a blank canvas, you will identify and develop your own prospect pipeline, attend industry events, and proactively generate new commercial opportunities.
You’ll be supported by an internal team including marketing and administrative support, allowing you to focus on building relationships and driving revenue. The role offers strong earning potential alongside the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative and sociable team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a new business pipeline: Build and maintain your own prospect database to generate consistent commercial opportunities.
• Network and attend events: Represent the brokerage at industry and local business events to build meaningful relationships.
• Generate new commercial clients: Identify client needs and place suitable insurance solutions to grow your portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with broking and support staff to deliver high-quality client service.
• Build long-term relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
