We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Family Support Worker to join a Family Assessment Centre in Hendon (NW4).
This is a great opportunity to work with families, providing support and guidance during their assessment process to help improve their situations and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support families by helping with daily routines and tasks during their assessment
* Work alongside families to understand their challenges and help them make positive changes
* Offer advice and guidance to parents and children on issues that affect them
* Help create and follow care plans to make sure children are safe and well-supported
* Keep accurate records of your work and how the family is progressing
* Work with other professionals like social workers to provide the best support for families
* Be there to support families emotionally and practically, helping them through tough times
