Do you love supporting young children in their early learning journey?
We're working with a nurturing primary school in South Gloucestershire to find enthusiastic and caring KS1 Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping children flourish in a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment.
Your Role Will Include:
1. Supporting KS1 pupils across the curriculum alongside classteachers
2. Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to early years learning
3. Creating a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere
4. Helping children with additional needs access learning and build confidence
5. Assisting with classroom setup, displays, and general admin tasks
What We're Looking For:
1. A kind, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills
3. Experience working with children aged 5-7 (school or other settings) - desirable
4. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - a plus, but not essential
