Change-IT are looking for a Senior Procurement Business Partner to join a public sector organisation with offices across the UK including Birmingham, London, Cardiff & Glasgow.
This salary for this position can be up to £45,000 based on location & experience, as well as opting into Civil Service Pension Scheme.
Experience Required:
* Experience of utilising a wide range of frameworks, including CCS and Non CCS (e.g. YPO, ESPO etc.)
* Experience of the full procurement life-cycle (Cradle to Grave)
* Experience of Ad-Hoc Procurement
* Excellent management skills, with the ability to support the development of others by sharing technical knowledge and support mentoring of colleagues.
* Strong written and oral communication, presentation and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and external suppliers.
* Close attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Experience in a wide range of categories
